Huge room with a cozy atmosphere, I loved the vibrant colors of the walls and bedding. The rooftop spaces provided a stunning view of the ocean and a perfect chill spot. Kitchen access 24 hours made it easy to prepare snacks. Staff were super helpful, always ready to assist with plans or questions. Only downside was the street Noise—sometimes it interrupted the peaceful vibe I was hoping for. A small clothes hanger or towel rail in the room would enhance the stay even more.

my stay at balcony house was a complete letdown, i wasn't informed that i had to request breakfast in advance, which is ridiculous. i almost gave a good review, but my stay was so mediocre, not even a complimentary gesture as compensation!

The warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home, providing helpful insights about local attractions throughout our stay.
The curtains in our room didn't cover the entire window, allowing in early morning light that was a bit disruptive to our sleep.

We had a fantastic stay with our large family and dog! The beach is just a short stroll away, perfect for evening walks. The communal kitchen was a hit, and my kids loved hanging out in the cozy garden area while we enjoyed the local vibe.
My wife says that the stairs could be tricky for younger kids.

We loved how family-friendly the place was, especially with our 4-year-old feeling right at home and the chill vibe that made everything relaxed. The cozy garden area and the waterfront spot were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, not all rooms come with private bathrooms, but that didn't bother us much! 😊

This was just an optimal selection for a walk in the evening in Zanzibar with high value for money. The staff were really helpful with our luggage, going out of their way to help us. Be cautious of local bakery prices if you’re looking for a budget-friendly option.
